Recently just signed up for PropCall and was very impressed with how Daniel Lee talked us through how the service works and getting us onboarded. Looking forward to using their service to help our Letting Agency business run more proactively and to save us time out of hours.

The best thing about PropCall is that their staff actually apply judgement and good sense - in my experience, other out of hours companies usually just send a contractor without a second thought. In my experience, the PropCall team spend time actually understanding what the issue is and what the best way forward it, they've also helped deal with some very upset residents in the past and have done a great job.

Great company - they allow us to be 24 hours to our customers. They are also wonderful at communication - we'd be lost without them now!
