Deb and David from the Bloxwich Office have been absolutely fantastic managing my sale. Everything went through in three months and I would highly recommend them both. Deb did the viewings and David handled the sale once it sold subject to contract. Very happy with the purchase .

Sale has been extremely problematic for my client with her losing 2 sales with different agents both during the week of agreed completion but these agents have been marvellous chasing the chain and updating throughout

So friendly,nothing was to much trouble. The help they gave us was impeccable. Sold out propy very quickly. Updates were given every week by David Wainwright. I would strongly recommend them to sell your property. I wish I had used there solicitors, but they still have us great service.
