Lara dealt with all of our silly questions with a smile. She was great with updates , even going so far as to call me when she was abroad on holiday.
We found her to be kind and very professional but also down to earth enough we could have a joke and laugh when things were getting stressful.

Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Mel from RE/MAX made the whole process feel effortless. She was professional, efficient, friendly, and dealt with everything immediately. Excellent and personable experience all around with Mel @ Remax, Harwich. While I was viewing properties to purchase via other local agents, it quickly became clear that most don't bother to be informed about the property they are showing and offer no information or answers to questions raised, at some I was just left to roam about on my own.
Mel, on the other hand, talks viewers through the property, having learned about it beforehand. First class, friendly service, always contactable and highly recommended 👌
