When I attempted to book a viewing of the home I was destined to adore, I quickly noticed that Richard was willing to be flexible around my tight, full-time work schedule. He was kind enough to give a viewing at 6pm on a Saturday evening. I especially benefited from the fact that Richard’s services are intimate and he answers text messages at 8 o’clock at night.

Whilst viewing the house, Richard was able to answer all my questions, which I found impressive as he seemed well informed of even the smallest, unsuspecting details. I am a person who pays attention to detail so I had a great appreciation of him being able to confidently answer and discuss my many questions. His obvious experience in the business shone through easily.

As this was my first purchase to getting me on the property ladder, I needed a lot of support and advice. Richard signposted me to his network of contacts, who possessed the same outstanding qualities as he does.
