We didn't end up finding our property through Ross in the end, but whilst we were looking he was helpful, quick to reply and regularly checked in to see how we were getting on with our search, and making sure we were some of the first to hear about his new instructions. A very professional service, and would recommend him to others!

Ross has an impressive track record as a Cheltenham estate agent, is friendly and easy to deal with. We had no qualms about engaging him to sell both my and my partners properties. He has given sound advice and guidance and took onboard relevant facts about or respective properties. He's also listened to our needs for our onward move and suggested suitable properties that come onto his books. The process isn't concluded yet though he has secured a buyer for my partners flat and is actively marketing my property and arranging viewings. Communication is clear and timely with update meetings/reviews in person at regular stages. Your potential buyers will be dealing with Ross, rather than a viewing agent, which cuts any ambiguity.
