I have used Royal Auto Ship(RAS) exclusively the past few years for the transportation of my son's vehicle from our home to him at college(out of state), as well as the return shipping back to home at the end of the school year. On average, I use RAS twice a year. I am very satisfied with the shipping services of Royal Auto Ship. The initial time I used RAS, I was concerned of shipping company scams. Royal Auto Ship is far from a dishonest company. Tim Bradley, the agent I work with is professional, responsive, and very helpful with the process. Tim continues to locate reliable transport companies that pick up and deliver the vehicle at my requested time frame and a reasonable price range for the shipping distance. Tim makes the shipping process smooth and stress free. On one occasion, the pick up driver RAS selected, canceled my vehicle pick up (on a Saturday) due to an emergency situation. I notified Tim of the situation and Tim located a new driver and my vehicle was picked up within hours, with no change in price. I have referred several fiends needing vehicle transport to Tim. I definitely recommend Tim and Royal Auto Ship to anyone needing a dependable company for vehicle transport. They have provided excellent service and I will continue use their transportation services.

Luis was such a big help. He helped me transport my vehicle from Florida to NY on such a great deal. Helped me out from finding me a driver to getting it delivered on my address. Super easy to deal with. When I reached out to him about the driver rescheduling the pickup he was quick to respond and sort it out. Aftersales was great too. Royal Auto Ship found a driver for me before sending a contract, at a rate $200/20% lower than competitors. Frank was easy to work with and very communicative. No hidden fees, $200 upfront and $600 upon delivery for a ~650 mile transport. For those looking to ship a car, get quotes 2-4 weeks from desired ship date, get many rates from different providers, and preferably only sign a contract when a driver has been found by the carrier. Do not trust lowballs (half or less of what others quote), and do not pay money upfront unless a driver is found and a final price is in writing in a contract. Again, Royal Auto Ship worked great for me.

I’m not a big reviewer. A lot of times I don’t think they make a big difference. However, shopping for a car shipper really brought to focus how important it was for others to affirm the legit companies and warn of the fakes. I wanted a good deal but obviously someone who doesn’t deliver isn’t. My experience with Paul at Royal auto ship seemed almost too good to be true. A responsive broker and a decent price? Paul did his best to be transparent and responsive. He didn’t over promise and definitely didn’t under deliver. Paul connected me with a driver that had good communication and was clearly a professional. The driver had gotten my Jeep from Spokane, WA to Washington, DC in only 3 days. I am truly thankful for Paul’s professional nature and Royal’s folks, who verified him as their broker. If you are looking for verification on Royal, I approve. Ask for Paul.
