Through every stage of buying our first property, everyone was so easy to deal with and nothing was too much to ask - Genuinely a friendly, professional and passionate team who want to help.

As first time buyers going through a bit of a learning curve, we were taken care of by Sacha right from the beginning with clear, transparent information and honesty in every conversation we had. This continued with Sales Progressor Erica, who was extremely proactive and helpful the whole way through. Jordan made the journey up from Banstead at short notice to allow us to view the property a further time and again, she was so pleasant and helpful. On top of this, their recommended solicitor was excellent and we were able to work smoothly to a realistic deadline.

At every step, they've been efficient, responsive, professional, and have given us excellent advice. If i could give 6 stars Sacha and her team would have earned it. What a breath of fresh air! Our property sold within 3 days of coming on the market and the team was amazing start to finish. Sacha and her team really put the other agents in the chain to shame! The attention to detail was brilliant, Erica sending regular updates on progress, Jordan supporting with information and guidance was just great. It felt like they really cared about us as clients and celebrated with us when completion came along. The lovely flowers, wine and home baked goodies were so lovely and in stark comparison to the other agency who didnt even know who we were when we came to collect the keys and then handed an envelope. I went past this estate agents a few days ago and on their marketing screen they had a poster showing a cat that needed adoption. I have never seen a company do this before and it was refreshing to see kindness. I know my review is not related to a service I have received but if I was going to use an agent in the future, kind acts like this would make me approach them first. If only more companies and people would do small acts like this.
