Good service from the admin team and engineers - Lukas and Aron were helpful and did a good job sorting out a complex heating/hot water issue.

I highly recommend Sandhurst Plumbers. I had a split and bad leak from my Hot water cylinder. They was round next morning 8 o’clock ordered a new one and fitted it next day. They knew exactly what they were doing very professional did not stop Till the job was done Left the place very clean. I was so relieved they did this job so quickly 👏👏

I was having the issue with small leak from the toilet which was picked up by the damp surveyor and it indicated the wetness around the toilet area in the bathroom. I had one plumber came who did not bother to check and charged me an hour fee for his 5 mins work. I was nearly giving up the hope finding a good plumber to fix the issue or at least to have a proper check of my toliet. Helpful and patiently listened to the issues and my concerns about the leak. He immediately instructed his team to give me a quote and sent his colleagues ( Luke and Jesse). Both of them did fantastic jobs and were done professionally , neat and clean. I could feel that they take their jobs seriously and do the job to perfection. When they were on site I was explained each step clearly and that they were so polite , friendly and knowledgeable knowing what they were doing. They went extra miles and even came back next day to fix the issue that was due to myself not carefully using the toilet . I could not thank them enough as it is very hard to find a responsible and professional plumber nowadays and the experiences I had in the past were just too poorer and traumatised. When I called them I did not expect this high level of work and service. More importantly, it is reasonable price and you pay when the work is done, not beforehand. Strongly recommend Sandhurst and I have already share this to my neighbours and friends living nearby. If I need any work done at home I will certainly use Sandhurst.

The guys turned up promptly and were professional, polite and no shady stalling for business or time. They got right to assessing the problem and even popped online to source a piece of pipe I was missing not an issue created by them but they solved the issue anyway.

They are nothing but upfront and transparent that even goes to the initial phone call booking where they were informative and left no questions unanswered. They are not a smash and grab company which I spoke to a handful before coming across Sandhurst. It is clear from the start they are more, do the job they are paid for keeping it simple and honest.

Can’t recommend them highly enough.
After losing £150 in the Pimlico Plumbers call out scam charge, I was not only still in need of a plumber, but also determined not to be scammed again.
Sandhurst responded to my email promptly, asked for a full explanation and some photos/videos.
They made an appointment 3 days later and he arrived on time. No money had been taken before this.
The plumber was around 1-1.5 hours and finished the job. Everything works brilliantly. Excellent service, good fair prices and the job was successful. Excellent company

After contacting three different companies over the space of four years we still had the same issues with our drainage and plumbing system in our home… We were recommended Sandhurst plumbing company… And I wish I called them first.. The team were very professional, they did their work in a very clean and efficient manner once the job was complete. They double checked everything twice to make sure it was okay before leaving the premises. They cleaned up after their selves. Most importantly they’re very good value for money. Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Very impressed with the quality of finish, attention to detail and professionalism of the team - particularly Cenk and Lukas who managed the project. Would highly recommend.

Very high quality of work and efficient company and crew.
I had a tap in the front garden installed.
All plumbing have been hidden underneath existing floor boards and behind the interior window surround.
They took up 160 year old floor boards twice (once for the initial survey the second for the installation itself). All floorboards are intact and not a scratch is found.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

I called up to get my toilet fixed as it sounded like it was constantly flushing. The lad came round and sorted it swiftly. Apparently I needed a new float. Very happy and highly recommended.
