I can't recommend Sarah highly enough - she was really fantastic from start to finish, in guiding us through the process, keeping regularly in touch and being really flexible in how/when she did that - and especially in liaising up and down our complicated purchase chain to keep it moving and keep us informed. I would 100% recommend Sarah. A previous estate agent didn't seem to be taking the personal approach (which I'm sure is needed in selling at the moment) and a sale was not forthcoming with them and not many suitable viewings. So we moved to Sarah, who looked at our property in a completely different way and "matched us" with one of her other clients and so on down the chain. She only brought people to view who had a genuine interest in our type property (no "time wasters" at all). She gave us a totally personal and honest approach/opinion and worked hard for us to get the sale through. She was professional throughout the sale and the chain didn't collapse. I am sure it was because she kept all of us informed of anything that was happening along the way, step by step. Again I'd 100% recommend her.

Sarah is an exceptional agent. I originally met her when she worked in Brook Green, London, at a hight street estate agency chain, where she was the sales director and manager. From there she handled my sales portfolio of new build and refurbished properties. In my experience as a property developer, the way viewings are conducted-which are key to successful sales-by an agency, have always proved to be a huge let down. Sarah, however, has proved time and time again to be brilliant at showing purchasers around a property, demonstrating an innate understanding of how best to carry out a viewing by turning the viewing into an indulgent experience for the potential buyer. She is also in a league of her own in the way she handles any given property's sale's progression, which, of course, is vital to see the process through to a successful exchange and completion. Now that she has ventured on her own, I highly recommend she be instructed. Her experience, intelligence, enthusiasm and instinct for what clients need and expect will be of huge benefit to the successful sale of a property.
