We had a really good experience with Simon during the purchase of our new home. As the seller's agent, he was knowledgeable about the local market, responsive and always straightforward and helpful in his communication. He kept things moving and made the process feel well managed from start to finish. We’d happily recommend Simon to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Simon was fantastic and we would highly recommend him. He knows the local market well and quickly found us a buyer and then a second when the first pulled out at an early stage. The sale process was elongated due to solicitors but Simon was pivotal in keeping everyone informed and managing expectations.

Up to the point of meeting Simon, our perception of estate agents was a passive one - we understood them simply to be the intermediary between buyer and seller - nothing more; nothing less.

Oh, how Simon changed this view! We’d heard from a few people that Simon could not be matched in his knowledge, experience and charisma, and called him after previous chain collapses with other agents.

To our mind, there is no comparable estate agent or estate agency that can match Simon’s talents. Every piece of advice he gave us contributed to our STC house sale within a week of coming to market.

It was refreshing and reassuring to us that Simon’s help, advice and superlative wisdom continued well after we sold subject to contract.

This later evolved into Simon acting as a Buying Agent for us, which was the best decision we could have made. We genuinely believe that, had it not been for Simon, we would not currently be making plans to complete the purchase of what we believe is our forever home. As a Buying Agent, Simon worked incredibly hard to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. Equally, as our Estate Agent, he was simultaneously working to reassure and communicate updates with all invested parties in the chain.

As I write this, we’re still eagerly awaiting completion, for which we owe Simon our tremendous gratitude and appreciation. I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe Simon’s abilities - he truly does showcase Estate Agency as a craft, for which we really do now recognise.

We cannot recommend Simon highly enough, both as an Estate Agent and as a Buying Agent - above and beyond in every which way!
