Communication was good from start to finish. They were quick to respond, kept us updated at every stage, and worked hard to keep everything moving between ourselves, the seller, our broker, and the solicitors. We were working to some very tight deadlines, and their approach helped making sure the purchase stayed on track.
Nathan showed us around the property; he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole letting process! All the staff are super friendly, would highly recommend!

Update: I received a call asking me to remove my original review. While I appreciate that a member of staff was absent at the time, this does not change our experience as paying clients. I also believe honest reviews should help improve service, not be removed.
Our experience with Spencer Harvey was mixed. Louise was brilliant at the start - friendly, helpful and gave great advice. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. Details were listed incorrectly, viewings were organised without our knowledge/on a day we said we can’t accommodate viewings, and once we had a buyer, communication largely disappeared. When issues arose with the buyer near completion, we had to chase for updates ourselves, and we didn’t feel supported. On completion day, no one contacted us about keys or next steps, so we were left to figure it out ourselves. Compared to the estate agents we bought through, the service and involvement felt lacking.
The lack of guidance during the final stages contributed to us having to pay our buyer two months’ rent in order to complete, which we feel could potentially have been avoided with better communication and support from the agent.
We have dealt with Spencer Harvey for some years now finding tenants for our property. Never had any issues with them, always very helpful & a special shout out to Emily. Thank you
