I have recently sold my rental property in Suffolk which I placed in the capable hands of Stephen Rivett of EXP. He secured multiple viewings and negotiated professionally and the communication was excellent. We did experience a delay within the chain but Stephen kept us informed at all times of the current situation. Stephen has been the single best estate agent I have ever worked with — and I’ve moved enough times to know the difference between someone who just “does the job” and someone who genuinely cares.

From day one, Stephen has been calm, honest, proactive and completely on my side. He communicates clearly, never disappears, and always tells you the truth rather than what’s convenient. When the chain wobbled, he was the one who kept everyone steady. When other agents were awkward or unhelpful, he stepped in professionally and got things moving again.

What really sets him apart is his integrity. He treats you like a human being, not a transaction. He goes above and beyond, and you always feel like he’s looking out for you.

If you want an agent who is competent, kind, and genuinely exceptional at what he does, Stephen is the one you want in your corner. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Stephen is very professional whilst still being friendly throughout our journey. Our personal requirements for selling and buying were taken on board, and he was able to deliver us our forever home which we are extremely greatful for.
