I have known Dene Mockford, Lettings Director near on thirty years. In my dealings with him he has always been exemplary in his professionalism. Dene’s knowledge, skill and expertise navigating current legislation and bureaucracy is evermore essential in this landlord/lettings legislative environment. We have just successfully commenced a new tenancy thanks to Dene going that extra mile to ensure that all the council paperwork was in order within the very tight timeframe we were operating in.
The particulars in this specific instance were complex. The whole property management team has been great to deal with as we worked through various curly compliance issues. Highly reccomend.

I have been renting from Sterling Ackroyd (former Williams Lynch) for 5+ years and it has been a very smooth process. From finding the property (negotiation with the landlord) to the final check-out. Throughout the years I was heard (e.g. when asking for capex in the property) or about rental renegotiation.
Special thanks to Michael - who has been there since i first move in (5 years go). He has always been responsive in communication and proactive to find solutions to our small needs. He has always been very understanding - which is a rare characteristics in this world.
I would definitely consider renting (or possibly buying) from them again.

I can't recommend Stirling Ackroyd enough, in a very difficult market they got us the price we were after for our property in a short period of time. They were there for us every step of the way and every enquiry we had was answered promptly and efficiently. They have a great team who made us feel like we were more than just another client, Sam and Roman in particular went out of there way to help us on what can often be a tricky path, I really can't praise them highly enough.

I would like to highlight support provided by Michael Cua, the property manager, for his prompt and efficient handling of the boiler emergency. His action ensured the property has not been damaged and the issue was resolved very quickly. Michael's professionalism in arranging the necessary repairs was commendable as it took less than 1 hour for the approvals to be obtained and works to be arranged.
It truly made a significant difference and I highly appreciated his dedication and service!
