I had a fantastic experience dealing with Thomas from Stirling Ackroyd. Although I ended up finding a property through another route, Thomas’s dedication stood out. Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.
We had a genuinely great experience with Yusuf at Stirling Ackroyd. After a really frustrating experience with another local estate agent, dealing with Yusuf was honestly a complete breath of fresh air.
From the beginning he was friendly, straightforward and communicative, and we always felt like we knew what was happening throughout the process. Moving is stressful enough as it is, so having someone who was responsive, helpful and actually treated us like people made such a difference.
Having previously dealt with Felicity J Lord in Bow, where we unfortunately came away feeling poorly communicated with and quite dismissed at times, the contrast was huge. Yusuf’s approach felt much more professional, personable and respectful.
Really grateful for all his help getting us into our new home and would happily recommend both him and Stirling Ackroyd to anyone looking in the area.
