I was a tenant of a flat managed by Stirling Ackroyd and the team was very helpful and efficient. I can particularly do a shoutout for Samantha J and Steven J. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the process to later purchase that same flat turned out to be a bit more painful than it should have been. The team was still as helpful as they could.

My property is managed by Stirling Ackroyd. Sarah Jones is my Property Manager, and the principle reason I stay with SA. She is professional, efficient and goes above and beyond to help resolve problems. We have had a couple of major issues recently and I know I can rely on her to get them fixed.
SA are expensive and have additional fees that other agents don't charge, which makes me consider moving every time I do my tax return. Sarah makes me decide to stay.
