Wayne came in for a valuation and provided great advice and guidance, arranged all the paperwork swiftly so we could put our house on the market within a very short time. Him and Aron managed viewings and kept is informed throughout. We got and offer we were happy to accept in less than 2 weeks of being in the market which was really important for us. From the minute I stepped into the SA office in S.Norwood, I was met with a warm smile and a professional manner. I would like to say that in Particular, Omar and DiAndre were amazing! Both very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My property went live on the Monday and by the Friday, suitable tenants were found and vetted and met the requirements to be tenants. Aron took the time to demystify each step, which was so helpful, especially since buying a home can feel overwhelming at times.
