UPDATE: After nearly four years I’m moving out of my flat. David Umney has been my property manager for that time and he has been absolutely brilliant! He has always been responsive when there have been any issues and gets things resolved quickly! I’ve rented a lot in London with some terrible agents. David is everything you want in a property manager!

My experience with Stirling Ackroyd was nothing short of amazing. I visited many different estate agents in the area of Streatham Hill who had no idea what customer service means. When I walked into the office of Stirling Ackroyd I was greeted with a smile and professional demeanour by a gentleman called Kevin. He listened patiently to me and sat me down whilst I was waiting for one of his colleagues from the lettings team, a young and highly motivated chap called Guershon. Even though Guershon seems to have had a lot on his plate he took the time to take all my personal details and he also showed me 4 different properties on his laptop, ultimately scheduling viewings for all of them.

I can genuinely say that these are by FAR the best estate agents I have ever come across and I know that if I am looking for another house in the future they’d always be my first port of call.
