She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful, always there to answer our questions and genuinely made what could have been a stressful process feel so much simpler. Honor was also lovely and extremely helpful throughout, and together they made everything run so smoothly. Since moving in, Rafaelle and Chelsea from the move in team have been brilliant too, always helpful, responsive and quick to get back to us. I was a little unsure of the process from the outset. After putting in an offer for the rental property early in the week, I was left wondering what was happening while other prospective tenants continued to view the property. Other estate agents have informed me if an offer has been put in the morning and they would cancel the viewing the property in the afternoon, which I think is fair.

There wasn’t much communication, and I had to wait an entire week to find out whether my offer had been successful, only to learn that it hadn’t.

I’m also unclear why the landlord needed to receive so many offers before making a decision, as it seems one or two serious offers should have been sufficient. While I understand landlords want to find the right tenant, clearer communication and managing expectations throughout the process would have made for a much better experience.

What a truly professional team. Over, the last two months in particular they have overseen a seamless transition, in one of my 1-bed houses, involving the departure of my previous tenants to speedily finding new ones; as well as managing the day-to-day maintenance of another. Despite the Renters’ Rights Act presenting us all with new challenges, this great team are respectful, efficient and so patient. They really know their business and work tirelessly; and they are always there for me when I struggle with technicalities. Special thanks to Jordon for his meticulous work behind the scenes on the latest new tenancy. Us landlords face a tough and potentially lonely time with all the new regulations, so having a first class lettings and management team by my side and that I can trust is vital. I know I am in safe hands with Honor and her wonderful team. I can’t recommend you all highly enough.
