I have liaised with Marc Twinberrow since becoming a tenant in 2022. All communications have been handled promptly, professionally and responsibly and those issues within his control have been resolved.

I'm using Stirling Ackroyd to let out my flat, and I'm very happy with the service I receive from my property manager, Marc. He demonstrates excellent communication and is 100% on top of the day-to-day management side, which gives me a lot of confidence.

Marc always promptly lets me know of any issues or any actions I need to take and is happy to explain any details I need clarification on. He also likes to make sure I'm in agreement with any action plan before going ahead with it. As a result, I feel in control and in the loop, but without having the stress of coordinating works and solutions myself.

I'd also highlight the tone of his emails. Marc is always very polite and respectful, and I am very satisfied with his service and feel like my property is in good hands with him.
