Selling or renting is a path full of 'potholes' especially during the implementation of the Renters Act. However, rental team at the Whittin branch of Sterling Ackroyd, rise above the rest. We had a four bedroom for rent and they gave us do's and don'ts during renovation of our house followed by marketing to high qualty. Potential tenants were carefully matched with our desirable criteria and we hope we got the 'ideal' tenant. The team members were punctual, responsive prior to viewing and feedback and did detailed diligence giving us a comprehensive financial, background references etc. Matthew, Honor, Ruby and Raffaelle deserve a Gold Medal. Highly recommend.
