I have relied on Stirling Ackroyd to manage my letting in London for the past several years. Their fees are reasonable, and they have been quick and efficient at telling me about issues raised by the tenant, and then (after checking with me) dealing with those issues. It gives peace of mind to know that my property is being looked after by people who know what they are doing. I don't get the feeling of dealing with a vast impersonal organisation, but by people who actually take the trouble to keep me informed.

The service I got was brilliant. I was really happy with the photos they took and the profile they put on Rightmove, they did a great job of showing my house in the best possible light, and consequently, my house was under offer in less than a week of being on the market. Throughout the process Stirling Ackroyd were very communicative but were respectful about giving space unlike many estate agents who harass you constantly. They gave really helpful advice and the whole team were great. Their fee was also very competitive and I would not hesistate to use them again in the future!
