Normally I find writing reviews difficult, but this one was easy. Stuart Reynolds was excellent from the moment I contacted him. I'd seen another property in the village I live in that was being marketed by him and fell in love with it. This meant I needed to get my property valued and on the market as soon as possible. Stuart made extra time in his schedule for me and came over at exactly a date and time that suited me. Within a couple of days he'd put together a fantastic marketing campaign and shared it on all relevant social media sites. He gave me honest advice for selling my property and within a week of it being on the market, I was able to accept an offer that meant I could make an offer on the other house, that was also immediately accepted. Stuart kept me up to date every step of the way and ensured I was informed of all goings on in the chain. He and his team are responsive, helpful and all my queries were answered immediately. If you want a comfortable, genuinely honest selling and purchasing experience I can't recommend anyone else. The fear of it being a daunting process has been greatly reduced because Stuart knows what he's doing and won't lead you up the garden path..... well only to give you the keys to your new home, which is what we all want at the end of the day. Moving house is always stressful, but relocating 100 miles away, with 2 small children, whilst your husband has already made the move and is away Mon-Fri is (on reflection) complete madness! But we absolutely couldn’t have made this work without Stuart. He really does go above and beyond, responding to messages 24/7, leading on all chain communication and pushing for answers and progress. When our original buyers pulled out near exchange he called us with the bad news once he and Natalie had worked hard to get us a viewing with a potential buyer (who thankfully made an offer) for that same day. They’re a great team, who constantly update you, and we are so grateful and glad we chose them!

If you’re looking for an agent who can get you through the stress of selling your property, then we can only describe Stuart as the Premier League of Estate Agents. At times when the whole thing is like wading through Treacle, Stuart goes the extra mile and cuts through the red tape. Not only doing his job but stepping up and taking the lead where others pretty much can’t be bothered. Selling your home isn’t cheap but Stuart was worth every penny of the selling fee. Thank God we found Stuart!

I first had the house up for sale with a known "high street" chain and, to be honest, they were poor. I could never talk to the same person or I was referred to a different branch and the sale went nowhere.
After a few weeks I decided to try something different and approached Stuart and Natalie. From the first phonecall, they were like a breath of fresh air. From our initial discussions and deciding on a selling price, through the measuring and photographing stage, to putting the house on the market they were professional, helpful and efficient.
Any calls were always answered and I was kept updated at all times, via telephone or WhatsApp. I have to say that the photos that were done, together with the drone shots and the video walk through were first class.
Even when the inevitable slow down with solicitors occurred, Stuart was on hand to get things moving again.
In all honesty I could not have wished for a more straightforward, diligent and professional couple of people to guide me through the process.
I can highly recommend using them, should you be looking for someone to manage your house sale.
