Looked at a house in September and we spoke with Lizzie straight away about it she was very helpful and answered any questions needed, fast forward till now February and all I can say is that she has been nothing but helpful and supportive. Any issue that had occurred she had sorted then or chased solicitors for us when we couldn’t get any information from them she has been an absolute star and would definitely recommend dealing with Lizzie when looking to buy a property amazing service and such a lovely person☺️

Haven’t replied to my email, so I rang them to ask to view a property and the lady was rude and abrupt! I will not contact them again and wouldn’t recommend them.

I have just had a call from the manager who was very nice and we’ve had a conversation and I’m satisfied with how he’s dealt with my comments.

Extremely helpful in providing us with clear information during the purchase of our first home. All agents chased up the solicitors and got everything sorted in time for completion. Can't recommend enough!

We have today finally completed on the sale of our home and from the first contact with Matthew and throughout this process the team at Kingswinford office have been outstanding. Our first purchasers pulled out at the eleventh hour but within 2 days they had new buyers lined up and we sold. We have to single out Jo Brewer, our negotiator who has been absolutely superb. We recently view a property that was for sell through Taylor's Estate Agents (Kingswood). The process of booking an appointment and then viewing the house through Taylors was first class. Just viewing properties that are for sell through them was a first class service.

Taylor’s were great though our conveyancing, we had probably the worst chain in history. Big thanks to Jo and her team for being the only party that gave a toss about our situation (homeless for 3 months as we broke the chain being told it would be 2 weeks). Brig thumbs up to them 👏🏻
