He even helped me with some parts of the selling on My house if I didn’t know what to do .he was better than my estate agent. He tried to chase up my estate agent for me on a few occasions and also my solicitor. Myself and my partner brought a house from Taylor's sedgley. In August we made our offer and in November we had our keys. Sarah had been with us on our whole journey and she had been fantastic when showing us houses and knew exactly what we were after, we had viewed multiple houses with Sarah. Even throughout our sale, we had to view the house and have people come in and do there checks, and she was always there on time.
Amelia was our sales negotiator and her professionalism and prompt replies to emails and calls made it such an easy process. As first time buyers, no question was a silly question and she helped break down and explain everything.

The staff at Taylor’s worked above and beyond the call of duty to sell my deceased father’s house. In the nearly 2 years it took to sell, they hosted dozens of accompanied viewings, did several negotiations, and dealt with potential buyers pulling out (one very near the finishing line). So glad they, Ellie in particular, didn’t give up hope. Highly recommended.
An excellent service from the initial visit to value my house right the way through to completion. Amelia and the team at Taylors are friendly, professional and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble, from supporting with EPC certificates, managing all of the viewings, even taking meter readings on completion day, they have gone above and beyond as an estate agent.
Communication was brilliant, providing feedback after each viewing, keeping me updated with the progress of the sale, liaising with both my and the buyers solicitors to ensure a smooth exchange and completion.
