I’d highly recommend Simon Young and his estate agency. Simon has been brilliant throughout the purchase of my property and has made the whole process much easier than I expected.

He’s been really helpful, approachable and easy to deal with, always keeping me updated and going the extra mile whenever needed. Buying a property can be quite stressful, but having someone like Simon there to help made a big difference.

After 16 year debating about selling and having the house on the market at least once in that time with a High St agent with no luck mum finally bit the bullet this year and got her house on the market. Initially other High St agents were contacted in respect of valuations which she either wasn’t happy with or didn’t get the right feel for the agent. Then found Simon who was very open, honest and treated mum as not just another number.

Simon went over and above getting many viewings in for the first weekend of it going on the market and the house was sold in 3 days! But following this communication did not stop and Simon was on hand and in contact with both the seller and the buyers throughout the whole process to completion.

We would highly recommend Simon if you are looking to sell and we can imagine that if you are also looking to buy it would be a similar great experience and not one of a High St chain.
