After attempting to sell with a high street agent for 6 months without success and losing confidence we were told by friends to try Simon Young, we were a little unsure about the reach of an independent at first, but we arranged a meeting and were very impressed with his knowledge and approach. We signed up and within days had 3 buyers lined up and completed in just over 9 weeks. He kept us updated and informed. Simon recently guided myself and my wife through to a successful sale of our property in Billericay.
