We live in Northern California, and our kid goes to college in Florida. After reading tons of online reviews and speaking to several cross-country shipping companies, we decided to go with United States Hauling. The best decision we ever made!

The General Manager, Manny, was very knowledgable, professional and thorough. He explained the process step by step, emailed us the contract, got us in touch with a dispatcher (for questions during the transport), and also provided the driver's name and phone#.

No fees charged up front. We paid the driver upon delivery and inspection.

The driver communicated clearly and was always on time. He texted when he was approaching our location, and texted when he was a few minutes out. Took photos and vidoes of the car on pick up and at delivery. Allowing us to pack some things in the trunk was very helpful too!

The car was picked up on Aug 11 and made it to Tallahassee on Aug 18 as promissed. We highly recommend this company!

United States Hauling delivered exactly what they promised, right on schedule. Communication was excellent from start to finish — and when the scheduled truck broke down, they addressed the problem immediately and still made the pickup on time. That kind of responsiveness says everything about how they operate.

For contrast: communication with the majority of the other transport companies I talked to was strained at best — slow replies, vague answers, and a general sense that nobody was really in charge of the details. US Hauling was the opposite. They came across as genuine logistics experts who knew their process cold and kept me informed at every step.

We bought a car and shipped it from Florida to Philadelphia. From payment to arrival with a flawless delivery in Center City everything was handled professionally, and the communication was excellent. The vehicle was picked up at the dealer and dropped off two blocks from our house. We completed the sale on a Thursday and the car was delivered by Saturday night.

Wednesday evening my wife and I were searching for a shipping company to deliver a brand new car that we just purchased earlier in the afternoon and it was at a dealership a 12 hour drive and nearly 800 miles from our home in Georgia. It seems like all of the shipping companies were overcharging us more than $1,000 and even up to $1,500 in some cases more than the industry norm. In addition to that they couldn’t pick up my vehicle for 5 to 7 more days. My wife must have searched at least four hours for a reputable shipping service online. And then my wife googled United States Hauling and read the reviews and she said that this was the company that we should go with. Manny responded to my online request and immediately went to work immediately to address my concerns and request. In about two hours, maybe less Manny not ONLY found a driver, he secured me an extremely affordable price with a military discount. He also found a driver that was able to pick up my car less than 8 hours after our initial correspondence. I contacted Manny and United States Hauling on 7/15 Wednesday night, my brand new car was picked up at the dealership in Kansas Thursday 7/16 and it was delivered to my home on 7/17 Friday morning! My car was picked up and delivered to my home while other shipping companies were still looking for a driver. To say that I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable shipping to Manny and United States Hauling would be an extreme understatement.
