I first met Vanessa when she was showing my daughter round a house. I was impressed with her enthusiasm and friendliness. Vanessa offered help and advice to my daughter on her house hunting. Vanessa had also been recommended to me by friends whose house she had sold. So when I decided to sell my house, it was an easy decision to go with Vanessa. Great photos and Vanessa's presentations on FB & websites helped find buyers and a firm offer following the first block viewing. Within 24 hours of our house being on the market we had double digit viewings booked in, and competition was tough with 2 other properties also being up for sale on our road. I cannot recommend this lady enough she has proven 100% professional and more importantly in these days of IT and our lack of understanding of it is approachable friendly with a willingness to go above and beyond what is professionally expected of her I only wish I’d have gone to her when selling my property unfortunately through unforeseen circumstances we were unable to purchase the property no fault of Vanessa even the chap who showed us around Dave /Dean was friendly professional and knowledgeable if you’re selling or buying a property do not hesitate to contact this Company you will not be disappointed!!!!
