Charlotte looked after our dog Betty whilst we were on Holiday. She kept in touch and sent pictures and videos and took great care of her. She went on walks but made sure it wasn’t too hot, Very kind and trustworthy. I would I recommend Charlotte to anyone thinking of using a dog sitter !
We’ve been absolutely delighted with the service from We Love Pets Hungerford, and especially with the care Mark has given Cooper. Mark is fantastic — his updates are always thoughtful, detailed, and reassuring, and the photos he sends genuinely brighten our day. It’s clear he takes real pride in looking after Cooper, and we always feel completely confident knowing Cooper is with him.
Julie is equally brilliant. She’s incredibly responsive, organised, and makes the whole booking and arranging process effortless. Every interaction feels friendly, efficient, and professional, and she always goes out of her way to make things smooth for us.

We’ve used the team at WLP’s a few times now and so grateful for the great care and tlc from Mark & Charlotte for our two anxious and nervous rescue cats. Julie and her team always go above and beyond looking after our myriad of pets. When things have arisen, they have been absolutely brilliant at sorting them out for us while we’ve been away. We have always been lucky to have the same member of her team looking after our crew (Mark) and he has always been absolutely superb. Couldn’t comfortably go away on holiday without the knowledge that they were there looking after our cats, hens and guinea pigs (and a hamster and ducks at points too!).

“Skye is a five-year-old flatcoat retriever, she is such a central part of our life, and it is important that she is well looked after during the times that we are away. Skye has stayed with Mark on many occasions and loves going to stay, getting very excited when getting out of the car when she realises that she is at Mark’s. She has stayed for the odd day, weekends and for as long as five weeks, when we travelled abroad. Mark is a very caring and keeps us informed with photos and comments of Skye’s outings during her stay and thereby gives us inherent peace of mind. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the WLP team to look after Skye, who is, essentially is a very important member of our family. ”

When we first adopted Willow she was a very anxious dog, but Mark, Charlotte, Jessica and Emma have done wonders for her confidence — she is now happy and relaxed and clearly loves spending time with the whole team.What sets them apart is how genuinely they care. They treat Willow as if she were their own dog, and the regular photos, videos and updates they send while we're away are both delightful and deeply reassuring. Willow is a rescue dog having had several homes before ours and the attention they pay to her specific needs shows real dedication.Willow has regular walks with the team in addition to doggy daycare and boarding with Mark. When we first adopted her she had little experience of other dogs, but she has blossomed in Mark's home — she now plays and walks happily with his dogs, and we can see how much she has flourished in his care.The team also care for our three cats — Bertie, Freddie and Florence. When unexpected trips arise, they visit the cats at home, and it is enormously reassuring to know that our pets are well cared for at short notice. Bertie, as an older cat, requires extra attention, and we always feel confident that the team understand the special care and consideration he needs.Beyond their exceptional day-to-day care, Julie and the team have been a genuine lifeline in family emergencies, stepping in at a moment's notice on multiple occasions to take care of our pets while we travelled at short notice. Julie and the team are great. Good communications and pricing. Our cat sitter is super, really caring and always makes sure that our cats are looked after. They really go the extra mile in making sure the cats and the house is looked after when I am away. Very happy to recommend their services.
We needed someone at short notice to look after our puppy, and Julie was very helpful and organized it very quickly. Mark came to the house for a consultation that evening, and checked in on Douglas throughout the day. Great experience, we will definitely be using them going forward.
We Love Pets have been great, Jessica has been walking our little Jack Russell on a fairly regular basis, and our dog Freyja gets very excited every time she arrives which says it all really! They are very reliable, prompt and flexible even for last minute requests which has been a real life-saver for us.
I would use them to look after my 4 cats any time I go away. They also have a couple people who are experienced in horse care for my ponies, chickens and phesants.

We use WLP regularly and have nothing but positive things to say. Whenever we go away, WLP visit twice a day to feed, water, clean and fuss our cats. The team are very considerate and go above and beyond to make sure our cats are well looked after and relaxed while we are away. The team are also very trustworthy and I have zero concerns allowing them into my home and allowing them to care for my pets, something that I think is very important. Our cats love their visits from Charlotte - sometimes I think they like when we go away as it means they get lots of extra love and fuss!

Really recommend WLP - we use them for dog sitting/dog walk during the day whilst we are at work and our pup is always so well taken care of. We always get left a note to let us know how our dog has been that day, and when we get home our dog is always relaxed and chilled and clearly had a very good walk!

We've been using We Love Pets Hungerford for about a year now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our dog goes for doggy daycare and overnight stays, and the experience has been consistently excellent.
Julie manages everything brilliantly, and is always responsive and helpful. And we receive regular updates from Mark and Catherine, who care for our dog like he’s one of their own. It’s incredibly reassuring to know he’s in such safe and loving hands.
Julie and her team are utterly fantastic. They’ve walked our 2 dogs weekly, for 18 months, and we couldn’t be happier. The dogs are so excited as soon as the wonderful walker arrives. Depending on the schedule etc for the day we have one of two walkers, both of whom are delightful and have taken so much time and care to really get to know the dogs. They come back exhausted, are always hosed down and dried, and ready for a long snooze. If ever we need extra, last minute walks Julie will always fit us in.
