This is the second property I have sold with Michael at Balgores, he and the team are always helpful and we’re always on hand to answer questions and ensured a smooth transition for all parties! I have experience with other estate agents and Balgores are by far the most active and professional for the start to end of the sale. Thank you again ☺️

Fantastic experience and excellent service. I'm writing this review as a non client Joe at Balgores Brentwood is the agent for my buyer. Joe is polite, honest, professional and a genuinely lovely person. If he says he will get back to you, he will no matter how busy he is. He has a "get it done" attitude which is what you need when buying/selling a property. Joe kept me informed on the progress of my sale and how the chain was progressing. It wasn't the easiest at times but he remained positive. He was talking to everyone in the chain from the bottom to the top, which was me the non client. In my opinion every Estate Agent should have a Joe. I would definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood especially Joe 🙂 thank you for a job well done 👏 ☺️ I can't wait to put a face to the voice 🙂

Bought my house through Balgores last year, they made the whole process from start to finish easy! Professional in their work and know what they’re doing. My fiance and I have recently moved into a rental property which was managed by Balgores Hayes. Jake Coldwell truly went above and beyond in assisting us with any questions we had, with timely and efficient responses. The process was extremely easy and anything we were unsure of, Jake was quick to help and provide any reassurances. If we do decide to move homes, whether it be another rental or buying, I would absolutely refer back to these guys as they have gained my total trust and I know what a great service they provide. I would 100% recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team in the Brentwood office. Right from the initial contact and valuation Michael was first class and kept me regularly updated with progress, even if there was nothing to report.
