Bought a flat from Balgores and really pleased with the service including the after sales service from these guys. I really want to mention Louise too, without her the sale would not have completed in time. Not only did she chase the progress, but she also helped me understand so much, and pointed me in the right direction. We had two hopeless solicitors, both mine and the sellers and Louise really fixed things.

Also Femi - top guy, I liked dealing with him, simple straightforward and got the price negotiated and sale complete in the first place.

Same for all the other guys there - Rayyan and Sarah, always calls back with answers or updates!

Used to advertise to let and there lettings team helped with lots of help to speed things up, superior to other agents, I then decided to sell and equally it was listed on various platforms but I'n competitive area had lots of viewings but didn't stand out, then ray went through previous viewers and a buyer was found. Recommended conveyancers to use and with 12 weeks it was completed..selling cost was average but selling and completing so fast is testament to there skill attaining an offer and smooth transfer using them..Happy with there service in letting and selling
