It was very professional and informative from the start, Abbie sold our house within the week and the team which followed on in the office were amazing keeping us informed at all stages. We have just sold our property through Balgores Upminster. Abi was personable yet professional throughout. We really appreciated the efforts that were went to to ensure viewings were close together, which meant the world when we have a busy family home! Abi's communication was great throughout and she worked hard to ensure there was good communication between the buyer and seller.

If you want an agent who actually wants to sell your house and an agency that is pro active at every touch point before during and after sale, literally save yourself the pain and distress I went through thinking they all offered the same service. Can't recommend Balgores (Upminster) highly enough! I was badly mucked about by a previous estate agent and decided to give Balgores a go. They arranged several viewings for my property within THREE days of it going onto the market (Monday). Long story short, the VERY FIRST potential buyers to view (Wednesday afternoon) put in an offer (Thursday), and it was pretty much sold STC on the Friday! A very special Thank You to Abbie and Donna especially, who worked hard to make sure the sale was a success, and everyone at Balgores who worked with them to make this happen 😊.
