Ewan Klinker was our sales negotiator and was professional, an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He took the time to get to know our property and its features which he used to attract and match to potential buyers. Producing an excellent brochure and marketing strategy maximised our selling opportunities. Ensuring we completed the homebuyers pack at the beginning of the process made for a smoother and more timely completion. Every viewer was qualified and feedback was detailed and useful. Only 1 word of advice - DO NOT USE EVER USE PCS LAW! They are on Balgores approved solicitor list, but are absolutely useless & delayed me exchanging for days, meaning I had 2 days from exchange to completion.
