Only 1 word of advice - DO NOT USE EVER USE PCS LAW! They are on Balgores approved solicitor list, but are absolutely useless & delayed me exchanging for days, meaning I had 2 days from exchange to completion.

Recently sold my property using the wickford Branch. Ross had initially come to view and value my property and the rest was history. It was sold after the first few viewings. Ewan at the branch was my main contact and he went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always on the other end of the line when i needed updates. I can’t fault any of the team.
