I used Kennedys' IPA to handle the sale of a house for a relative going into care. Both of the prospective buyers were problematic in their own ways but all the staff I dealt with at Kennedys' were superb, notably Andy Kennedy. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we dealt with was totally professional, often going above and beyond (thank you Tabitha!) - I cannot recommend them highly enough and would gladly use them again.
