I have been in business with Boydens since 2019. Purchased and sold my property with their assistance. They are very professional and helpful with lots of contacts. I would like to highlight Libby's hard work at the Colchester branch. This young lady is always fast in response and keen to help. She is happy to answer questions at anytime even if that takes her extra time on her computer after office hours. Her and the team's professionalism will make me remaining their client in the future.

Very warm, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my difficult questions to the full and has followed up with what she had said she will do. Good.

Libby has been taking very good care of my buy-to-let property search needs. She always delivers on her promises - sending me suitable properties not just anything and everything, coordinating with the lettings department and progressing my queries. She always gets back to me when she says she will.

Everything about the service has been excellent. I’ve now been living in my apartment for two years, and I can confidently say that I’ve had the best time here.

I haven’t experienced any major issues during my time at the apartment, which is also a testament to the landlord. Whenever I have had an issue and reported it, however, it has always been addressed and resolved promptly.

I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for their next home. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been excellent throughout my experience.

Mise has been very helpful indeed in helping us thru the process of securing the retaining of the leaving tenants deposit to help offset the cost we have suffered due to the damage they left in the flat they had vacated it.
