I bought a flat through Brinkley’s and found Tom Worrall from sales to be absolutely incredible. He always got back to me, he was a great support during the sale when a few things went wrong. He made quite a stressful experience bearable.
However on another note, the sales profession team was not great, I would never get a response, they would never answer my call but when they wanted information they would chase and then never respond. Which made Tom even more helpful as he got involved when I couldn’t get any answers from the sales progression. All in all - I don’t think my experience would have been quite the same without Tom, he is an asset to Brinkley’s!
