Despite the major challenges of dealing with Notting Hill Genesis and the leasehold conveyancing on the buyers side I found that Graeme and his team showed true patience and persistence when selling this property, would recommend.

I can't thank Tom Worrall enough for helping me sell my flat. I've dealt with a fair few estate agents, and Tom was honestly in a league of his own.

Unfortunately, the first sale fell through, through no fault of Brinkleys, but Tom managed to find another buyer within a few weeks, if not sooner. It was a really stressful time, but he kept things moving and always kept me in the loop.

I'll admit I was quite a high-maintenance and sent a lot of messages asking for updates, but Tom was always patient, quick to respond, and never made me feel like I was a bother. He was reassuring throughout the whole process, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the sale through.

I really can't thank him enough for everything he did. I'd happily recommend Tom and the team at Brinkleys to anyone looking to sell their home.
