Decided to go with Carvers after doing my research. Main reason was their local knowledge and client portfolio, matching clients on file with properties in my area. I needed a quick sale as I was already in the process of buying another property. My house had an agreed sale price with 48hrs of going to market, with clients already on file. The process from then on was seamless, weekly updates on the process, meaning no need to continually “ring around” and chase people…Shelly in the Aycliffe office was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process, albeit being a stressful time, Shelly did manage to always promote a positive outlook. The sales' negotiating team were extremely proactive in chasing up viewings and corresponding with all relevant parties. In my view they went above and beyond what I had expected and proved invaluable when sorting out completion dates and final stages. Nothing was too much trouble. Shelly has always been eager to help in progressing the sale.She has always been quick to answer and return calls. As my husband is blind and I am severely disabled Shelly has been very helpful in meeting our needs, including helping with our temporary move.
