Highly recommended! Absolutely brilliant service. My property sold quickly at a price I was very happy with. Karen at the Richmond office kept me fully informed throughout the process so I was never left in the dark wondering what was happening with the sale. I am confident that the communication she had with me, the buyer & our respective solicitors, helped this sale go through as smoothly as it did - just 5 weeks from the offer being accepted to completion. I have had recent experience of 2 other estate agents for a property in Darlington and was not happy with the service received from either, In hindsight I wish I'd chosen Carvers.

Carver acted as liaison between me (buyer) and the seller who was living away from the property. They were excellent in helping with the long distant negotiations. They also kept the conveyance process moving along. After completion they suggested some 'trusted' names for a roofer.
Overall a v positive experience
