We recently completed our commercial property sale via Carver Commercial. From the outset Chris was pro-active, efficient and professional. There were some complications with the building but Chris made it all seem so straight forward as he clearly knows the commercial property business and regional market inside out. He gave us good advice throughout and also chased the conveyancing solicitors when they were a bit slow. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Johnathan Howe AssocRICS, DipRSV Surveyor and Valuer on two occasions now. Firstly for the sale of my property where I needed a surveyor for the help to buy scheme. He was incredibly thorough and helpful. Johnathan explained each step to me and offered any advice when asked. His services were very reasonably priced compared to others in the area and overall the experience with himself and the company have been nothing but professional and positive.
I required Johnathan’s assistance and expertise again when I was looking at buying a new property for myself and requested a level 2 home buyers survey. Johnathan walked and talked me through each area of the property and advised on areas of concern. Once he had completed the report and sent this over, he again offered to explain any areas I didn’t understand in more detail. I couldn’t recommend Johnathan enough to someone needing his expertise and advice.
