We went with Chestertons to find our most recent rental property. Kit was so helpful, he was knowledgeable about the property and the area. When we showed interest in the property he acted very quickly to get our offer and paperwork across so we were able to secure the property in record timing, which we were so grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble, he stayed in regular contact with updates and responded to any questions we had in a time manner. He made what can be a stressful time (especially when moving with a small child) go very smoothly.

I have used them for many years and have they have always gone beyond expectations in delivering excellent results. In particular, Sam, Tatiana, Josh and the team worked through a difficult termination and tenant replacement process that ended happily for all concerned. They have always been proactive and responsive when asked.

Although we didn’t formally end up working together in the way initially planned, we built a genuinely positive relationship throughout the process. Compared to our experience with Savills (a local competitor), the difference was clear. Chestertons felt ready to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work required to properly sell the property at a competitive market price, whereas our experience elsewhere was more focused on aggressively pushing the price down to make for an easier sale.<br><br>Rae was fantastic, professional, proactive, and straightforward throughout. I would happily work with her and her team again anytime.<br><br>Highly recommended.

Very poor agent. Scheduled appointment that I crossed London for and they left after seven minutes. I was ten mins late due to transport issues. I fan prove all this with phone records etc. Tried to warn them in four calls, all unanswered. Again I can prove this with records. Agent then cane back and shouted at me, refused to show property and accused me of abuse. I am seriously considering some kind of defamation action. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do mot waste your life by dealing with these people.
