There is a personable feel to dealing with Churchill's and, unlike some agents, they don't have the habit of being on the other line/on a valuation if you need something. When they are genuinely unavailable the rest of the office team are very helpful and they clearly work as a team. The balance of wanting to keep things moving, without being pushy, is spot on. Churchill's were also very good at knowing when to call and when to e-mail and their communication was transparent and appropriate, without unnecessary/vague voicemails and constant calls that sometimes are a feature of this sector.

Overall, Churchill's left a great impression and are exactly what I would look for in an estate agent for sales or lettings.
