Really appreciative of the team here at Churchills for both helping to sell our property, and helping me to buy my next one. It was a long process for sure, with lots of ups and downs (First seller pulling his property off the market, then after finding a fab second property, our first buyer pulling out right at the end and a frantic scramble to try and save the chain!) Starting off with Dean and Doville, who worked hard to set up the initial sales, to Tom who took over when things were the most complicated, and absolutely smashed it, with the amount of support and effort he put in to getting everything over the line. I know there were others in the team such as TJ, Katie and Daniel who also helped out a lot too, so shout out to them as well. But Tom Franklin was honestly so great to work with and couldn't be more grateful. Thanks everyone!

I cannot thank Churchills enough. I bought my first flat from them in Walthamstow in 2008. I have been renting it as a BTL for the past few years via Churchills who have been really helpful to me as a landlord in terms of finding tenants and offering advice. Special thanks to George and Lily and the lettings team for the efforts they go to to market the flat, arrange viewings, produce contracts and help with services from inventories, Energy Performance Certs, and various safety checks and trades people. It is a very thorough services, they are always organised, friendly and across all the little details. It makes it a stress free process.

After an incredibly long and, at times, frustrating process, my wife and I have finally completed the sale of our two-bedroom Warner flat in Walthamstow.
