I really appreciated how they were able to liaise between myself, my solicitors, mortgage broker and the sellers side.
They were also able to support with negotiations about repairs to the flat prior to completion.
The added touch of the goodie box on day of completion was the icing on the cake!

Churchills have been great . The sale has taken a while because of issues beyond my or their control but the team have been consistently efficient, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Sally who has the patience of a saint. If I were to move again, I would try to go with Churchills again.

They have the approachability of a local business but have an excellent digital set up as well, with signing contracts etc a breeze. Communication is always prompt, informative and friendly. As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend the Churchill Estate Agents team in Walthamstow enough. From the very beginning, they were patient, supportive, and understanding of both the financial and emotional journey that comes with buying a home.

A special mention must go to Gary, the Branch Manager, as well as the amazing Dovile and Daniel, along with the rest of the team, who all went above and beyond throughout the process.
