We completed our move both selling and buying through Churchill Estates. First impressions mean a lot and when we first viewed, what is now our new home, we were impressed by Charlie asking if we'd mind waiting a few minutes to let the people currently viewing the property to have some space. We really appreciated the contrast to the mass viewings other agents offer. From then on, Sally, Charlie and Jack were great supporting our move from both the buying and selling side. Sally was really great helping us negotiate the process. We really appreciated the personal touch Churchill gave and felt that they were finding our family our new home, not just making another sale.

I have such positive things to say about Wanstead’s Churchill Estates, and the manager - Jack especially - I could gush for pages! They made my buying and selling procedure a pleasure and not an ordeal. Every, sometimes tricky, situation was smoothly dealt with and arranged for me (independent, great surveyor Danny, building work necessary, dealing with my buyer, removals et al). Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend Churchills enough.

I normally do not post reviews about professional services but I have to rave about the wonderful care I received from Churchill Estates!
I am a first time buyer, and I felt from start to finish very well guided and supported by Sally and Jack. Unfortunately it was a difficult sale, but they were both able to provide advice when needed, both readily contactable by email and phone and I felt they had my best interests at heart.
I really appreciated how they were able to liaise between myself, my solicitors, mortgage broker and the sellers side.
They were also able to support with negotiations about repairs to the flat prior to completion.
The added touch of the goodie box on day of completion was the icing on the cake!
Overall could not thank the team enough for all their help and would highly recommend to work with them if you happen to see their team list a property!

Churchills have been great . The sale has taken a while because of issues beyond my or their control but the team have been consistently efficient, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Sally who has the patience of a saint. If I were to move again, I would try to go with Churchills again.

They have the approachability of a local business but have an excellent digital set up as well, with signing contracts etc a breeze. Communication is always prompt, informative and friendly.
