All the staff at the Chingford branch of Churchills that I encountered were super friendly and helpful. I want to give a special mention to Jack, Dean and Martin they worked tirelessly, always very quick to reply to emails and return phone calls. We completed on Friday and was presented with a New Home card & gift box a nice touch and very unexpected.

I would like to thank Churchill Estates for handling the sales of my property, particularly Jack who handled the process from start to finish with a professionalism.
The process I was dreading, dealing with buyers and solicitors etc but fortunately I had hardly any dealings with anyone apart from Jack (Churchill) who kept me updated all the way through, just had a brief meeting with a solicitor to finalise paperwork then was all completed.

Lydia was Courteous and professional and above all was on point at all times. We recently sold and bought a house through Churchill, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dean, Lydia and Martin were absolutely fantastic, driving both the sale and purchase with professionalism, energy, and genuine care. The support we received throughout the process was phenomenal; they were always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.

Absolutely first class service for the fee, our Larkshall Rd property was in need of a great deal of modernisation which might have put some buyers off, though we were not in a desperate rush to sell, nevertheless Martin Longman and his team pulled out all the stops to get us the sale and price we wanted, not only keeping us informed but chasing agents and solicitors right down the chain and helping our buyers replace a drop out buyer for their own property despite not representing them! Churchills also helped with arranging garden clearance and EPCs. Marketing materials/photos and media placement were very well done. Determination, interest, good business advice, and expert salesmanship were evident throughout and we have been very impressed with their professionalism and delivery throughout. Our only adverse comment was a wonky sale board, soon corrected.
