I would like to share my positive feedback about the way Mel Rowlands who is a Property Manager at the Stanway office has been managing any issues with the property I am renting via Fenn Wright.
Whenever, I have had an issue, Mel has ensured that the issues are handled promptly. After I get an automated formal notification of complaint - I get a follow-up acknowledgement.
There is also a follow-up either by a call or email or a sms to confirm if the issue has been dealt with. This is reassuring.
Whenever, there have been delays from the contractor assigned to the repair – Mel has followed up with me and tried her best to expedite the repair by following-up with the contractor, and then updating me.
Whenever – there has been an issue (like the recent one with a door) – Mel has ensured that the right contractor was assigned, after the initial contractor did not do the complete job. Mel followed up with the next contractor and got the contractor to fix the issue with door.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the way the Mel has handled any issues that I have had.
