Amazing service and speedy sale!
We popped into Fenn Wright to put an offer in on a house, but soon found we needed an active offer on our house first. Fenn Wright clearly explained this to us and were able to value and list our house within 24-48 hours.
Within an hour of listing we had several viewings booked in and within 2-weeks we’d sold our house and managed to get our dream house (also through Fenn Wright).
Throughout we had exceptional service and contact with Fenn Wright detailing every important move and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process.

We listed our late mother’s property with Fenn Wright and couldn’t be happier.
Matt came round and viewed the property almost immediately.
He agreed to list the property at a price which I was expecting.
Markup was done on 15th September. After photographing the property it was listed online initially.
Our first viewing was the following day 16th Sept with a further 2 viewings that day.
In total we had 14 viewings with 2 offers below the asking price, before accepting an offer at full asking price just 10 days later.
Exchange was arranged on 13 November with Completion on 28th November just 6 weeks after listing.
The whole process was totally painless, we didn’t have to do anything. Fenn Wright even arranged for the EPC to be carried out.
All viewings were done by FW and we were kept informed at every level.
I cannot thank the team at Fenn Wright enough for their fantastic service and support throughout this process, it seriously couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Having never sold a house before I was a little "wary" of the process, also it being a very emotional sale too. BUT I have to say from start to finish Fenn Wright were brilliant, you have a very dedicated team of staff who are all happy to help and advise but without being pushy. From start to finish, the process and information was simple to absorb. Charlotte was amazing, had all the facts a figues I needed, I was kept up to date every step of the way through first viewing to completion. Answers to questions were coming faster than asking the solicitors, I guess that is down to the relationship the agent (Charlotte) had with the vendors but made the process easier for me for sure.
