Since I’m overseas and couldn’t view the place in person, she went to the property for me, filmed everything—including where to throw the trash and even how to walk to the underground station. Honestly, I’ve never met such a warm-hearted agent before. I usually write reviews when I’m pissed off, but Kristy definitely deserves a big shout-out!
I went on a couple of viewings with Jack Cuthbert. While I ultimately didn’t find my flat with him he was always very open to my honest views on what I was looking for, what else I had seen the market and what I thought of the properties he showed me. He listened closely and provided many options that he hoped would fit my timeline and needs. He was responsive and professional.
Very impressed! Foxtons really worked to get the deal over the line. They went way beyond the ‘9to5’ and I got the impression they really cared. I do deal with other London agents and in too many cases they sit back and rely on the ‘old ways/olden days’ - where deals just happened without effort. But it’s not like that anymore. Bradley, Bruno, Chloe and Hattie and the team at Foxtons totally ‘get’ that to make a property transaction happen in 2025 you have to work your socks off. That’s exactly what they do - thanks guys!
