I used GBP Estates to guide me through the eviction process to bring a tenancy to an end .Gary who I spoke with initially asked Debbie to help with the eviction and I must say that she was a font of knowledge :
She instructed me on what paperwork to serve and printed it out for me.
Debbie also liaised with the legal team on my behalf ensuring that they had everything they needed from me and kept me fully updated at all times
I feel that she done more then was expected and I am very grateful for her help and positive attitude
Hopefully I won't need to use their eviction service again but I will definitely call them if needed in the future and will also ask GBP to help with the rental of my flats going forward !
