Data privacy concerns were not cleared

I don’t usually write reviews or participate in quality surveys, but in this case I am genuinely happy to do so. I worked with Haus & Haus agent, Sean O’Mahony, and I would like to share my experience.

I have been in the UAE real estate market for quite some time, and this is not my first purchase. However, I can confidently say that I have never come across such a professional and effective agent before and this is not an exaggeration.

We had a very complicated transaction that lasted six months!!!!. Throughout this entire period, Sean patiently handled every issue that arose along the way. Moreover, at the very beginning, we were interested in a specific unit that was not even on the market, and the owner had no intention of selling it. Not only did Sean manage to convince the owner to sell, but he also secured the deal at a price that worked for us.

In addition, he successfully persuaded the seller three or four times to extend the Form F, as we were facing unexpected and rather complicated mortgage-related challenges. These issues took significant time to resolve and prolonged the transaction, but Sean remained consistent, supportive, and fully engaged throughout the entire process.

In the end, the deal was successfully completed. I will definitely continue working with Sean and Haus & Haus in the future.

Despite the very short notice I gave him, he made the time to meet me and personally show the property. His willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out; he didn’t hesitate for a moment and ensured I could see the home without any hassle. The only small delay I experienced was with the gas line activation.As I was not aware about it.
It would be wonderful if he could provide a simple checklist or guide for first-time renters in Dubai, as that would make the entire process even smoother and more reassuring for newcomers.

Be very cautious and read every detail in the contract. Our experience with this company turned out to be extremely frustrating. After moving out, we left the apartment in good condition and expected our deposit to be returned without any issues.

However, the company is now refusing to return the deposit without any clear explanation. It feels like they deliberately look for reasons to keep your money and mislead their clients.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Read the contract carefully! There are a lot of strange conditions. We rented an apartment for 3 months, and after those 3 months we terminated the contract and returned the apartment in perfect condition. However, we were told that the condition doesn’t matter — according to the contract, you are required to fully repaint all the walls. This is complete nonsense. They can charge you money for anything.

Every six months they come to the apartment and inspect it. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this — even when you have a one-year contract, an inspector will come after six months to check the apartment.

Terrible company, I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I dealt with more than 10+ brokers from different companies on this new home hunt, and I must say he did really a great job and outnumbered the competition, given the fact that his listing is more pricey compared to the rest that we shortlisted. Key points: He highlighted the benefits of his listing, showed each and every corner of the building without hesitation and most importantly he keeps the conversation going without a dead air, his punctuality is superb and he doesnt over promise.
