We have a great story to tell of the service we have received. We have the very sad task of selling our parents home. We initially met with Tom who was honest and very helpful to us. Once we decided to go ahead with Holden Copley the task was handed to initially Genette and then Lauren. Lauren has been full of energy sorting us out and all the home viewings hosted by Joseph and Lucy and Esta always very helpful on the phone. . We had an initial offer after a week. Sadly, that fell through, but immediate effort was made and another offer achieved after only one day. We are now SSTC and I look forward to ongoing attention through the next phase. Holden Copley are the only estate agent worth using if you are selling your house. They are professional, know the market, value your home correctly and list on all the main sites with fantastic photos/ 3D etc. Even in a ‘buyers market’ we sold within a month. They have a fantastic sales progressor- Amy - who I can’t thank enough. We wouldn’t have completed the house sale without her. She is highly efficient and capable- hard to find in the property market these days! Thanks to all at Holden Copley!
