We were working to an extremely tight timeframe, as we had already had an offered on our dream property before putting our own house on the market. From the very beginning, Esta went above and beyond to help us work towards our deadlines.
She arranged and coordinated everything from the initial valuation and photography through to viewings and offers, and wherever possible, she helped move timelines around and accommodate our requirements. George who valued our property and Elizabeth who photographed and measured our property were also fabulous, very easy to speak to and gave us an ample amount of information.

Given how quickly we needed everything to progress, we were communicating far more frequently than I can only assume is usual during a property sale! Despite this, every time we spoke with Esta, she was incredibly patient, helpful and welcoming. She always made us feel like our questions and requests were never a problem, even when we knew we were asking a lot of her.

What really stood out was how proactive Esta was in helping with our onward purchase too. She communicated with the estate agent handling the property we were buying to make sure everyone was clear on the situation and that things were progressing as smoothly as possible. Which was a huge relief as pressures were being placed!

Selling a house and buying another is stressful enough, but having someone like Esta in your corner made such a difference. Her communication, professionalism, patience and willingness to go the extra mile have been exceptional.

We have a great story to tell of the service we have received. We have the very sad task of selling our parents home. We initially met with Tom who was honest and very helpful to us. Once we decided to go ahead with Holden Copley the task was handed to initially Genette and then Lauren. Lauren has been full of energy sorting us out and all the home viewings hosted by Joseph and Lucy and Esta always very helpful on the phone. . We had an initial offer after a week.
