As first-time buyers, the whole experience felt quite overwhelming and intimidating at the start, but everyone at HoldenCopley made it so much easier. A special thank you to Ilsadin, Sarah and Eileen, who were incredibly supportive, patient and professional throughout. From the initial viewing to getting our offer accepted and communicating everything with the sellers, they were always happy to answer our questions, explain each step clearly, and were easy to get hold of whenever we needed reassurance.

A huge thank you also to our sales progressor, Karen, who was outstanding. She was professional, efficient and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. Karen kept us updated every step of the way and really put our minds at ease, especially during those inevitable first-time buyer worries.

We'd also like to give a special mention to Andrew, who very kindly extended our final viewing so we had enough time to take all our measurements. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really demonstrated the excellent level of customer service the team provides.

Being a first-time buyer is naturally daunting when you're unfamiliar with the house-buying process, but HoldenCopley made everything feel far more seamless than we ever expected. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of our questions (even the very basic ones!) without hesitation, and supported us from start to finish.
