I won’t comment on dealings prior to acceptance of an offer but from this time, our dealings with Josie Plester our Senior Sales Progressor have been nothing short of excellent. She is brilliant at her job, friendly, answers calls and emails promptly and genuinely wants to do a good job to help you. She is personable and really helped to push through issues for us. She is excellent and deserves all the praise. Thank you Josie, you’re brilliant at your job.

Great house viewing with Andrew today. Well prepared and well informed, he allowed me to view the house without rushing and offered useful insight at various points. Much better than others at other estate agents who have shown me properties recently.
